Stringing beads is all about sharing information in the creative environment. We want to build a collection of resources that people can use for free. Can I use a design diagram, photo, articles on the site in my jewellery (and then sell the pieces)?

Of course, that's why its been uploaded. Use it in your jewellery and send us a pic of the finished piece.

No, that is not sharing, is it? You can't make money out of someone else's work in this way.

I have found one of your pdf articles, can I upload it to my site after I removed references to Stringing beads?

No. That would infringe on intellectual copyright as it is not your work and if you remove the author's details you would claim it as your own.

I really like one of your photos, can I use it as a header for my blog?

Yes, that's great, but please attribute it to this site. I am also a photographer and provide some of my photos for free and others I sell. So all the photos on Stringing beads are provided for free. You can also visit my Stock exchange profile to look at my other free photos.

I've found a tutorial on your website, can I save the file and email it to my mum/ friend/ sister?

Yes, of course.
